The Lead Technical Product Manager is responsible for Humana's Unified API Catalog. This position plays a key role as part of Humana's Enterprise API product team.
The Lead Product Manager is accountable for the creation and continuous evolution of Humana's API catalog strategy and guiding the enterprise toward adoption of a centralized API Catalog & developer tooling.
In addition, leveraging experience to aid in the discovery, design, and implementation of future state functionality, enabling users to easily understand, gain insight, and integrate with Humana's APIs.
This position requires the ability to easily navigate a complex organization and influence related teams by articulating the Product and Architectural vision, strategy, and value.
Responsibilities :
- Directly accountable for creating presentations, narratives, strategies and product / platform roadmaps related to Humana's Enterprise API Catalog and Integration tooling.
- Participation and accountability in the overall strategy and direction of Humana's Enterprise API portfolio and deeply involved thought leader within multiple enterprise, business, and IT segments.
- Aiding in analyzing, assessing and auditing Enterprise API content in assuring alignment to business and regulatory standards.
- Proactively detecting issues and identifying solutions with directly responsible Individuals.
- Collaborate directly with various cross-functional technology & business teams, legal, compliance and privacy teams to provide recommendations and define enterprise API requirements.
- Directly accountable for creation and management of the API Catalog backlog, articulating value and roadmap with stakeholders, and guiding the teams accountable for execution and delivery.

Required Qualifications :
Typically requires a Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of technical experience, or equivalent and 2+ years of project leadership experience.

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting.
The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
$123,800 - $170,400 per year. This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and / or individual performance.
