PuroClean technicians are thoroughly screened, insured, and trained in utilizing the latest mitigation technology and procedures while operating under a strict code of ethics.
Responsibilities
- High level performance of water mitigation, tarping, board up, mold remediation, asbestos / lead abatement and carpet cleaning / reinstallation services according and PuroClean specifications under the supervision of the Mitigation Manager.
- Perform production processes following PuroClean production guidelines per work order.
- Be accessible by phone and participate, as necessary, in the on-call schedule.
- Develop production expertise : services, cleaning products, and equipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized vehicle and equipment appearance.
- Follow all safety practices.
- Focus and dedication to providing excellent customer service.
Qualifications
- IICRC Certificates for Water .
- Desire to join a world-class team and contribute a positive attitude.
- Fluent in English.
- Clean criminal background check.
- Ability to pass a drug test.
- Valid driver's license with a clean record.
- Have the ability to work nights / weekends and overtime, if needed.
- Desire to continually learn new things.
Skills :
- Strong knowledge of power tools and hand tools.
- Experience in construction or restoration work.
- Ability to follow safety protocols and guidelines.
- Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently.
- Good communication skills to interact with clients and team members.
Physical Demands / Competencies
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance.
- Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics).
- Ability to repetitively push / pull / lift / carry objects.
- Ability to work with / around cleaning agents.
