PuroClean technicians are thoroughly screened, insured, and trained in utilizing the latest mitigation technology and procedures while operating under a strict code of ethics.

Responsibilities

• High level performance of water mitigation, tarping, board up, mold remediation, asbestos / lead abatement and carpet cleaning / reinstallation services according and PuroClean specifications under the supervision of the Mitigation Manager.
• Perform production processes following PuroClean production guidelines per work order.
• Be accessible by phone and participate, as necessary, in the on-call schedule.
• Develop production expertise : services, cleaning products, and equipment.
• Maintain a clean and organized vehicle and equipment appearance.
• Follow all safety practices.
• Focus and dedication to providing excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• IICRC Certificates for Water .
• Desire to join a world-class team and contribute a positive attitude.
• Fluent in English.
• Clean criminal background check.
• Ability to pass a drug test.
• Valid driver's license with a clean record.
• Have the ability to work nights / weekends and overtime, if needed.
• Desire to continually learn new things.

Skills :

• Strong knowledge of power tools and hand tools.
• Experience in construction or restoration work.
• Ability to follow safety protocols and guidelines.
• Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently.
• Good communication skills to interact with clients and team members.

Physical Demands / Competencies

• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance.
• Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics).
• Ability to repetitively push / pull / lift / carry objects.
• Ability to work with / around cleaning agents.
