Pay Range : $1,45,000 - $2,00,000 / annum. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Note : California only Remote / Hybrid, Multiple Locations in California

Key Responsibilities :
- SME - LEAN methodologies and other Process Excellence principles.
- Execute Change Management plans for LEAN implementations.
- Maintain a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (LSSGB) or Black Belt (LSSBB) certification from a recognized institution.
- Hold a Bachelor's degree.
- Preferably, possess a Change Management certification such as Prosci ADKAR etc etc.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience :
A minimum of 8 years of professional experience managing large-scale, cross-functional LEAN and continuous improvement projects.
