E-commerce experience is mandatory.
- At least 5 years' experience in Digital e-commerce portal and creative ideas to improve customer experience.
- Experience with Clarity Project Management in a sales / professional services environment.
- Strong analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills.
- Experience working with solutions architects on virtualized platforms and cloud infrastructure.
- Hands on experience with enterprise systems development and API integration
- Interested in continuous learning of emerging technologies.
- Demonstrated experience in partnering and aligning with cross functional teams.
- Ability to meet aggressive deadlines, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, demanding, customer and team-oriented work environment.
- Experience with advanced time management and analytical skills.
- Technical experience with delivering and scaling automation, including RPA, chatbots and AI / Client
- Real knowledge on latest technologies and Gen AI tools

- Strong knowledge in trouble shooting and bringing the solution by combining various tools and methods.
- Good in training and grooming the newcomers to make them productive in a short span of time.
