Job Summary
As a Pick and Pack Worker / Inventory Worker-II, you will play a vital role in maintaining accurate inventory levels in grocery stores.
Your responsibilities will include performing inventory scans and counts, ensuring effective communication with Client teams, and investigating any inventory discrepancies.
This position requires excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct inventory scans and counts in grocery stores to ensure accuracy.
- Maintain live communication with Client teams to relay information and address inventory issues.
- Perform inventory management tasks, including counts and audits of grocery aisles and bins.
- Utilize your own mobile equipment (iOS) to access Google Sheets, Slack, and email.
- Adapt to various task assignments throughout the day.
Required Qualifications :
- Self-motivated and energetic, with a customer-first mentality.
- Strong time management skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with Google Sheets, Slack, and email on mobile devices.
Preferred Qualification
- Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Ability to travel to designated locations within the following zip codes : 02904, 02860, 02908, 02909, 02919.
- Capable of standing and walking for extended periods, with the ability to bend and lift up to 30 pounds.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
