Position : Remodeling Carpenter

What We're Looking For : We are seeking a skilled Remodeling Carpenter to join our team. Our ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in residential construction, a willingness to learn, excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, and a commitment to safety.

Responsibilities include measuring, cutting, and installing various building materials and fixtures, such as cabinets, countertops, flooring, and framing.

Key Responsibilities :

• Perform all phases of home remodeling, from framing to finish carpentry.
• Adhere to all safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe work environment.
• Maintain a positive attitude and collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently.
• Stay current with new materials and techniques in the industry.
• Address unexpected issues or delays with creativity and flexibility.
• Provide guidance and instruction to less experienced carpenters and laborers.
• Communicate effectively with clients, maintaining respect and professionalism.

Qualifications :

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 5-10 years of experience as a remodeling carpenter.
• Proficient with hand and power tools, such as saws, drills, and sanders.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team.
• Strong communication skills with team members and clients.
• Willingness to take direction and accept feedback.
• Resourceful problem-solvers with a CAN-DO attitude.
• Detail-oriented with high standards.
• Valid driver's license and insurance.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check.
• Majority of tools required for residential carpentry.

Nice to Have :

Experience in electrical or plumbing work.
