What You’ll Do :

  • HVAC Installation : Perform full installations of HVAC systems, including ductwork, electrical connections, and system setup, ensuring compliance with all codes and regulations.
  • System Testing : Test installed systems to ensure they are operating efficiently and effectively before finalizing the job.
  • Customer Interaction : Communicate with customers about the installation process, providing clear instructions on system operation and answering any questions.
  • Documentation : Maintain accurate records of installations, including system details and any special instructions, in our CRM system.
  • Collaboration : Work closely with other installers, technicians, and office staff to ensure that all installations are completed on time and to specification.

    Requirements :

  • Experience : Minimum 3 years of experience installing HVAC systems in both residential and light commercial settings.
  • Technical Knowledge : Strong understanding of HVAC installation procedures, including ductwork, electrical connections, refrigeration piping, and system setup.
  • Licensing & Certification : EPA Universal Certification or HVAC certifications (NATE) are a plus.
  • Physical Requirements : Ability to lift up to 75 lbs., climb ladders, and work in various weather conditions.
  • Attention to Detail : Ensures all installations are up to code, meet quality standards, and are completed on time.
  • Customer Service : Excellent communication skills to explain installation processes to customers and answer any questions.
  • Driving Record : Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Teamwork : Ability to work collaboratively with other installers and team members to complete projects.
  • Flexibility : Available for occasional weekends and overtime when needed.
  • Safety-Conscious : Follows all safety guidelines and adheres to local building codes and regulations.
