TITLE : Service Retrofit Technician III
JOB DUTIES / GENERAL REQUIREMENTS : The Service Retrofit Technician III position is qualified and able to complete installs and repairs in the field.
Considered proficient enough to work unsupervised.
- Works to complete the installation of : DX Split Systems (including brazing copper) Above ceiling unit replacements. Rooftop replacements
- Provide all information from each service call to the dispatcher before leaving job site and document work by accurately completing paperwork and maintaining files.
- Continually enforce safety to the highest standards and maintains security and accountability of company issued and procured assets by recording use, wear and conditions.
- 5+ years’ experience in the construction industry.
- Works to increase personal growth and knowledge of HVAC applications.
- Self-starter, high energy level.
- This is a physically demanding position.
