Senior Preconstruction Manager Commercial Construction

Location : Greater Atlanta, GA (Local candidates preferred; open to relocators)

Experience Level : 7-10 years preferred

Position Overview : We are seeking an experienced Senior Preconstruction Manager with a General Contractor (GC) background to join our team in the Greater Atlanta area. This role requires a proven track record in ground-up commercial construction, including public works projects (fire stations, police stations, etc.). You will be responsible for estimating, budgeting, and managing the preconstruction process to ensure successful project delivery.

Responsibilities :

• Prepare accurate cost estimates for ground-up commercial projects.
• Collaborate with project teams to develop preconstruction schedules and budgets.
• Review and interpret project plans, specifications, and contracts.
• Manage subcontractor solicitation, bid reviews, and cost evaluations.
• Provide value engineering and cost-saving recommendations.
• Lead preconstruction meetings and maintain clear communication with stakeholders.
