Join our expanding team at MG Moving Services in Boca Raton, FL as a reliable Driver, playing a pivotal role in our moving crew.

We highly appreciate our drivers for their dedication and skills. This dynamic role includes overseeing moving tasks, guaranteeing secure transportation, and timely delivery of our goods to clients.

Compensation : $18 - $20 hourly

Responsibilities :

• Drive and operate single vehicles up to 26,000 pounds GVW in Boca Raton, FL
• Safely load and unload freight using appropriate equipment
• Ensure secure and organized packing of load contents
• Keep detailed driving and delivery logs
• Conduct regular vehicle inspections and maintenance
• Adhere to DOT delivery and rest schedules
• Maneuver and park large trucks and buses proficiently
• Navigate routes using GPS or other routing systems
• Practice safe driving techniques at all times
• Comply with driver and vehicle DOT regulations
• Utilize basic technology effectively
• Follow MG Moving Services Policies and Procedures for drivers

Qualifications :

• To be considered for the Driver position in Boca Raton, FL, US, you must have a valid driver's license that is current and in good standing
• Successful candidates will need to pass a thorough background check, drug screen, and driving record inspection
• It is essential to have a consistent and reliable attendance record for this role
• Availability to work flexible hours, which may include weekends, holidays, and overtime, is required
• The ability to lift up to 50 pounds is a necessary physical requirement
• While not mandatory, experience in operating an electric lift, hand truck, and pallet jack is beneficial
• Fluency in English is a must, and knowledge of Spanish is considered advantageous for this position
