Responsibilities :
- Participate in an intensive 12-month training program to become a Service Manager.
- Work closely with our service team to learn all aspects of the service department operations.
- Assist in managing service workflow and ensuring high-quality customer service during training.
- Oversee service appointments, repairs, and maintenance work.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers and service technicians.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
