Description
- Assist the Project Manager in all phases of construction projects, including planning, budgeting, and execution.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement solutions to keep projects on track.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including contracts, schedules, and reports.
- Conduct site visits to monitor work progress, ensure compliance with safety regulations, and address any on-site issues.
- Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members to provide project updates and address concerns.
- Assist in managing project budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effective use of resources.
- Support the Project Manager in negotiating contracts and change orders.
- Ensure all work is completed to the highest quality standards and in accordance with project specifications.
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in construction management or a related role.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and project management principles.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
- Knowledge of local building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel to various job sites as needed.
