Salary : Up To $93K per year (depending on experience)*
Responsibilities of the RN Unit Manager-
- Assist with patient’s examinations and / or questions.
- Implement and interpret organizational policies and procedures, and nursing standards and regulations.
- Assists with preparing the departmental fiscal budget.
Qualifications of the RN Unit Manager-
- Must have strong management skills
- Must have NY RN license
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Must have Long Term Care experience
