Description
- Meet with clients regularly from initial bid stage all the way through completion
- Join meetings and provide project updates based on the scopes you're overseeing
- Work with the field crew to assess necessary scheduling, material, and budgetary updates
- Work alongside PMs
- Collect and assist with reviewing change orders
- Keep organized and up to date on the project
- Ensure safety protocols are followed on site
Profile
- 1-2+ years of experience working for a general contractor
- Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required
- Hands on construction experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong desire to advance within the organization
Job Offer
- Base salary between $70,000 - $90,000 dependent upon experience level
