A company is looking for an Inside Sales Representative for Medicare Programs.Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound and outbound calls to prospective members and respond to web inquiriesConduct sales presentations and follow up on leads to achieve enrollment targetsRemain informed about competitor health insurance plans and industry trendsRequired Qualifications and EducationHigh school diploma or equivalent required;

Associate or Bachelor's Degree preferredMinimum one year of call center experience required or a Bachelor's Degree in place of experienceActive, valid, and unrestricted State Life, Health & Disability license for states represented or ability to obtain within 45 days of hireFamiliarity with lead tracking systems, such as SFDC (SalesForceDotCom)Focus on production and team goals
