Qualifications :
- Graduate of an accredited university with a B.S., Doctorate, MA, or MS in Physical Therapy recognized by the APTA
- Current license and / or registration as a Physical Therapist in-state
Responsibilities :
- Conduct comprehensive physical therapy evaluations based on MD's orders
- Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans with long and short-term goals
- Ensure all required documentation is completed accurately
Pay Range : USD $44.00 - USD $52.00 / Yr.
