Project Support Specialist - Security Clearance Required

Overview

SOS International LLC (SOSi) is seeking highly qualified personnel to support various customer-specific project assignments on a short-term basis, not to last longer than January 31, 2025.

This position will require travel from home of record to various locations.

Essential Job Duties

• Provide general support to various projects by assisting with project planning, scheduling, and monitoring progress.
• Communicate with customers to ensure their requirements are understood, and their expectations are met.
• Assist project managers and team leads with the preparation of project plans, budgets, and reports.
• Ensure that documentation required by each project is complete, accurate, and up-to-date.
• Identify potential risks and issues and work with the project managers and team leads to develop mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate project activities and ensure that deadlines are met.
• Provide support to the project team and customers as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements

• Active in scope TS / SCI clearance.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• A minimum of two (2) consecutive years of CDL truck driving experience and certification (US Class A or Class B) with a clean driving record is required.
• International driver’s license with CDL equivalent (B, C, and CE licenses) is mandatory.
• Minimum one (1) year of experience in logistics operations.
• Ability to work in a dynamic and challenging environment.
• Strong oral and written communications and interpersonal skills.

Certifications

Forklift operator certified.

Preferred Qualifications

• German HAZMAT CDL endorsement is highly desired.
• German drivers license with CDL equivalent (B,C, and CE licenses) is highly desired.
• OCONUS project experience.

Work Environment

• Office / building environment.
• Ability to lift and / or move objects or packages of up to 25 lbs.
