Hourly Pay Range : $21.00 - $25.00

- 2 Full Time LPNs
- Shifts : (1) 7 : 00am-3 : 00pm, (1) 3 : 00pm-11 : 00pm
Facility Overview : We are a 208-bed Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation center, provides a full spectrum of services for older adults.

Position Summary : LPNs at Holy Family Senior Living are integral to our team, providing essential nursing care and support to our residents.
This role involves direct patient care and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities :
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor and record patient health status and vital signs.
- Assist in patient's daily activities, including mobility and personal care.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
- Participate in the development and implementation of patient care plans.
- Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families.
- Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards.
- Participate in continuous quality improvement activities.
Qualifications :
- LPN Certificate or Degree.
- Minimum 1-year nursing experience, preferably in skilled nursing.
- Current LPN license in Pennsylvania.
- BLS / ACLS certification.

Salary and Shift Differential :
- Base : $21.00 - $25.00 / hr, based on experience.
- Evening Shift Differential : $2.00 / hr; Night Shift Differential : $1.50 / hr.
