Shift : 12-Hour Days (7 : 00 AM - 7 : 00 PM)
Shifts Per Week : 3
Scheduled Hours : 36 hours per week
Hourly Pay : $32 - $53
Job Overview :
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Neuro ICU team in Dallas, TX. This fast-paced, high-acuity unit provides an opportunity to work with neurosurgical, stroke, and neurovascular patients in a certified comprehensive stroke facility.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for patient care and a strong desire to grow professionally in a supportive, team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities :
Assess and monitor patients with neurological conditions and develop individualized care plans.
Provide care for patients undergoing complex neurovascular and neurosurgical procedures.
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team, including nurse practitioners and stroke coordinators, to deliver comprehensive care.
Maintain a calm and professional demeanor in high-stress situations, ensuring patient safety and positive outcomes.
Contribute to a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the Neuro ICU team.
Qualifications :
Education : Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
Licensure : Current RN license.
Experience : Minimum of 2 years of Neuro ICU experience.
Certifications :
BLS (Basic Life Support) within 30 days of hire.
