Summary
This position is responsible for quality customer service and professional HVAC service and diagnostic skills on residential and commercial applications in the East Bay area.
We offer on-going training and are dedicated to ensuring that our employees are learning and growing with us! Candidates need to be able to braze, read electrical schematics, diagnose HVAC issues, perform static pressure, superheat & subcooling testing.

Responsibilities include but are no limited to :
- Inspect all systems fully to provide proper recommendations.
- Generate leads for new equipment.
- Sell and install large ticket repairs.
- Build and establish relationships and rapport with our clients while providing them with the best solutions for their home comfort systems.
- Educate the customer on the health and operation of their system.
- Provide customers with the correct solutions for their HVAC needs.
- Strives for nothing below a 5-star customer experience with every interaction.
- Adheres to all safety policies and procedures.
- Communicates with office support and adheres to daily scheduling.
- Completes appointments in a timely manner.
- Communicate findings, and necessary repairs to customers.
- Ability to work independently without much supervision.
- Maintains vehicle cleanliness (inside and out) and escalates vehicle service maintenance needs in a timely manner to optimize vehicle's safety, performance, and longevity.
Requirements : Qualifications
Qualifications
- One plus years of experience servicing residential and commercial HVAC systems.
- Skilled in every aspect of diagnostics, repairs, and servicing of HVAC systems
- Mechanical aptitude
- EPA & NATE certified strongly preferred.
- Experience servicing Lennox and Carrier equipment is a plus.
- Ability to take and follow directions from management and can work independently.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to perform physically demanding work on a regular basis.
- Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver a minimum of 75 pounds.
- Successfully pass a background check and have a valid CA driver's license with an acceptable driving record pursuant to company standards.
- Ability to sit, stand, walk, twist, bend, stoop, kneel, crawl, climb stairs / ladders.
- Ability to work at heights and confined spaces including on ladders and / or roofs medium to high heights.
- Must be able to work in the outside elements of heat and cold.
