The Sign Coordinator manages tenant sign projects under the supervision of the Environmental Graphics Manager. Sign Coordinator will interact with construction and leasing team.

This person is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, quality control and completion of signs for the outlet centers to ensure consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Receive project assignment from Leasing Department upon receipt of RFTP (request for tenant package).
  • Create and manage applicable tenant signage information into file folder database
  • Request and coordinates survey of multiple center locations, storefront measurements and photos from property management, on-site Consultants and / or Landlord pre-approved vendors for each CRG outlet center
  • Establish open communication with new and existing tenants, contractors, vendors and property management for sign review / approval, sign removal, façade repair and sign installation
  • Coordinate retrieval of necessary documents (i.e. site plans, elevation drawings, LOD, field measurements and photos).
  • Provide and manage signage information / documentation to tenant, sign fabricator / installer, center management and TI Coordinator.
  • Submit request for preliminary sign submittal for initial sign review
  • Review drawings for major errors and compliance prior to submission to Landlord architect / design consultant for review, comments and / or approval

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE

Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in the sign industry as well as construction knowledge.
