Summary A bility to take off materials, equipment, and labor according to established standards via estimating software, establish pricing levels, assemble and publish the company’s quotation for projects, and follow up with customers on bid status for both HVAC and plumbing construction contracts.
The candidate will be required to work in both the Plan / Spec and Design / Build markets. The estimator will also participate in implementing change orders during the project.

Education, Qualities & Skills required Minimum 2-year degree and 5 years HVAC / Plumbing estimation experience. Must be proficient in AutoCAD®, MS Office products, and possess the ability to read and interpret blueprints.
Previous experience in designing HVAC or plumbing projects a plus. Must be able to complete drawings as needed. Must have familiarity with a wide variety of HVAC / Plumbing equipment, materials and methods of installation and possess strong organizational and leadership skills. Powered by JazzHR
