Description
Summary :
Provides nursing care to assigned patients under thesupervision of a licensed professional.
Provides primary care to a designated group of patientsunder the direction of the Registered Nurse. Assists in thecollection of patient data used to determine nursing needs of thepatient.
Works with other disciplines to ensure a Collaborativeapproach to the care of the patient.
Requirements : A.Education / Skills

Graduatefrom an accredited school of vocationalnursing.
B.Experience
Will accept anew graduate from an accredited school of vocationalnursing.
C. Licenses,Registrations, or Certifications
- Current Texas State LVNlicense.
