Overview

Our Product Manager will collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to serve our customers, the leading retailers, brands, and suppliers.

The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a passion for product and a knack for distilling technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Triage incoming client requests and assigned projects, ensuring timely and articulate responses, and follow through to release.
  • Collaborate with the engineering and UX team to prioritize client requests, balancing urgency and resource availability.
  • Act as a liaison between the engineering team, other internal teams, and clients to facilitate clear communication and understanding of product features and developments.
  • Engage in product validation and Quality Assurance (Q&A) to ensure the highest standards of product functionality and user experience.
  • Oversee documentation processes for product changes and updates.
  • Manage product release cycles, coordinating between teams to ensure smooth rollouts and client transitions.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience as a product manager at a SAAS company
  • Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environments and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Intrapreneurial with a founder mindset.
  • Experience working on a global product management team.
