Role SummarySplunk is now looking for an innovative and engaging partner marketer to join the Global Partner Marketing Team.

The Splunk partner ecosystem is a crucial part of our business, and with a high focus on growing our ecosystem.You will have direct responsibility for planning and implementing demand generation campaigns together with our partners and regional teams to build standard processes, drive revenue, and excite our customers.

This role requires you to be self-motivated, flexible and to be able to handle multiple projects at the same time. This role will work closely with Field Marketing, Global Partner Marketing, and the strategic partner sales teams within Splunk.What you'll get to do

  • Think outside the box to drive great opportunities for our partner and their customers.
  • Plan, develop and drive integrated marketing campaigns with strategic partners that can include VAR, MSP, and Distributors, who support regional businesses world wide
  • Act as partner evangelist focused on influencing the value delivered to Splunk and its customers through partners
  • Manage budget tracking and utilization in partnership with the field marketing and partner managers to ensure alignment business objectives
  • Provide a monthly roll-up of key metrics, ROI and program effectiveness of strategic partner campaigns to determine return on investment and prioritize resources.

Continually evaluate program performance and results to enhance strategies.

Work with demand generation teams to engage partners in demand generating activities, as well as ensuring compelling digital marketing materials are available to the ecosystem

Responsibilities :

  • Lead the execution, and optimization of global integrated campaigns
  • Partner with Product and Content Marketing stakeholders to develop global campaign strategy and architecture for full-funnel campaigns from awareness to the purchase cycle.
  • Manage campaign roadmap, milestones, deliverables, and results across functions.
  • Develop messaging and communication strategies for campaigns by audience and segment to determine appropriate communication vehicles and channel mix to support integrated campaign objectives and performance targets.
  • Collaborate with Field Marketing and other customer-facing teams for effective planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns that drive qualified leads, opportunities, and contribute to the sales pipeline.
  • Partner with Marketing Operations to track and report on engagement and funnel metrics to optimize and improve campaign strategy.
  • Report results to key stakeholders across the business and within marketing.
  • This role will also support Global Webinar planning and implementation strategy in partnership with the regional teams.

Requirements

  • Ability to communicate and influence senior marketing professionals from product marketing to the CMO.
  • 3+ years of campaign marketing and management experience leading global B2B campaigns and running lead generation programs for enterprise software and / or SaaS services.
  • Thorough understanding of full funnel demand gen strategy, and persona mapping to buyer’s journey.
  • Experience in digital marketing running lead generation campaigns promoting content.
  • Strong project management skills, with a track record of leading production timelines across many teams.
  • Outstanding ability to effectively communicate strategy and results at multiple altitudes, from leadership to functional stakeholders.
  • Self-starter with demonstrated experience optimizing and improving results with data and with strong attention to detail.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.

Note : Base Pay Range

Base Pay Range

SF Bay Area, Seattle Metro, and New York City Metro Area

Base Pay Range : $108,000.00 - 148,500.00 per year

California (excludes SF Bay Area), Washington (excludes Seattle Metro), Washington DC Metro, and Massachusetts

Base Pay Range : $97,200.00 - 133,650.00 per year

All other cities and states excluding California, Washington, Massachusetts, New York City Metro Area and Washington DC Metro Area.

Base Pay Range : $86,400.00 - 118,800.00 per year

Splunk provides flexibility and choice in the working arrangement for most roles, including remote and / or in-office roles.

We have a market-based pay structure which varies by location. Please note that the base pay range is a guideline and for candidates who receive an offer, the base pay will vary based on factors such as work location as set out above, as well as the knowledge, skills and experience of the candidate.

In addition to base pay, this role is eligible for incentive compensation and may be eligible for equity or long-term cash awards.
