EIHC is seeking a full-time Operations Manager dedicated to serving the needs of our community.

SCHEDULE

Monday through Friday 40 hours per week

COMPENSATION

$62,400.00-$99,840.00 annually depending on experience and education

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Ensures smooth daily operations and steady progress towards established goals.
Provides direct supervision, guidance, and support to clinic staff while serving as a role model by demonstrating professionalism, accountability, and EIHC’s core values.
Works with Director of Operations to maintain and develop policy and protocols that maximize quality patient care and efficient use of clinician resources.
Collaborates interdepartmentally to educate all personnel in clinical quality parameters, monitoring quality outcomes, and daily workflows.
Provide staff with regular performance feedback and collaborate with Human Resources to support employee engagement, development, and growth.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in healthcare administration, business or other healthcare related field.

3–5 years of leadership or management experience in a healthcare environment, with FQHC or community health experience preferred.
