As a Data Analyst for the Genomics Biorepository team, you will provide operational and financial data and analysis to support informed management decision-making. You will serve as the primary contact for database inquiries and will be responsible for the development and implementation of new databases as needed. In this role, you will generate reports, collaborate closely with the Genomic Medicine team and Research coordination team and assist in training staff on new databases and related projects.

A caregiver in this role works days from 8 : 30 a.m. 5 : 00 p.m.

This position offers a hybrid schedule following the new hire orientation period (typically 90 days), with two days remote and three days on-site per week.

A caregiver who excels in this role will

Provide operational and financial data and analysis to support informed management decision-making.

Assist assigned department and leadership in obtaining information from various systems.

Establish and maintain detailed knowledge and documentation of all databases within the assigned department.

Analyze databases and provide timely responses to customer requests.

Provide database research and assist other analysts in completing requests.

Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include

Bachelor's degree in a related field

Three years of professional analytical experience

Experience with multiple software packages, including Microsoft Office, SQL, Visual Basic and others

Analytical, organizational and project management skills with an ability to conduct complex analysis

Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include

Master's or other advanced degree

Healthcare experience

Physical Requirements :

Ability to perform work in a stationary position for extended periods

Ability to operate a computer and other office equipment

Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information

In some locations, ability to move up to 25 pounds

Personal Protective Equipment :

  • Follows standard precautions using personal protective equipment as required.

Pay Range

Minimum Annual Salary : $43,200.00

Maximum Annual Salary : $65,880.00

The pay range displayed on this job posting reflects the anticipated range for new hires. A successful candidate's actual compensation will be determined after taking factors into consideration such as the candidate's work history, experience, skill set and education. The pay range displayed does not include any applicable pay practices (e.g., shift differentials, overtime, etc.).
