Job Description
Dream Nannies is seeking an exceptional and experienced Nanny / House Manager for a busy professional family in Spartanburg, SC.
The ideal candidate will work a minimum of 40 hours per week, typically from 8 : 30 AM to 5 : 30 PM, but must be flexible to accommodate earlier mornings, later evenings, occasional weekends, and overnights as needed.
The family consists of a highly involved mother, a 5-year-old, a 1-year-old, another child on the way, and a medium-sized dog.
The primary responsibilities include household management tasks when the mother is home, such as running errands, laundry (including ironing), organizing projects, managing the dishwasher, transitioning closets, grocery shopping, meal preparation and cooking, general pet care, managing vendors, packing and unpacking travel bags, and making supply lists.
When the mother is not home, the Nanny House Manager will also be responsible for childcare duties.
The successful candidate will be proactive, extremely organized, and professional, with the ability to take initiative and follow the family's lists and schedules meticulously.
The position offers a competitive salary of $55,000 to $60,000 per year, plus full benefits.
