Responsibilities :
- Provide speech-language therapy services to students in grades K-12
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine students' communication needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support students' academic and functional success
- Provide consultation and training to school staff as needed
Schedule :
Full-time position with hours aligned with the school day
Qualifications :
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current license to practice Speech-Language Therapy in New Jersey
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Experience working with pediatric populations in a school setting preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
