Soliant Health is seeking a skilled and dedicated Interventional Radiology Nurse for a 13-week contract assignment in Midland, TX.
This position offers a unique opportunity for an experienced nurse to join a leading healthcare team, providing exceptional care in the Interventional Radiology department with rotating call responsibilities.
Responsibilities :
- Provide high-quality patient care in the Interventional Radiology department, ensuring patient safety and comfort
- Assist radiologists during diagnostic and interventional procedures
- Monitor and document patient vitals, progress, and responses to treatments
- Administer medications and IV therapy as prescribed
- Educate patients and their families about procedures and post-procedure care
- Maintain a sterile environment and adhere to all infection control protocols
- Participate in rotating call duties as scheduled
Requirements :
- Active RN license in the state of Texas
- Minimum of 2 years of recent Interventional Radiology experience
- BLS and ACLS certification
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Availability for rotating call
