Recruiting and Research Associate
The Recruiting and Research Associate role is an exciting opportunity to join our team and learn the ins and outs of executive search.
As a Recruiting and Research Associate, you will be responsible for supporting a recruiter and practice leader in the execution of executive search projects.
You will support detailed research, candidate campaign management, scheduling, and coordination. You will also have the opportunity to do some recruiting yourself with the expectation that you aspire to take this step eventually as your next career progression.
This role will expose you to a variety of industries, companies, and leaders, and will require you to be adaptable, curious, and proactive.
You will be expected to develop a deep understanding of the client's needs, the candidate's profile, and the market dynamics.
You will also be expected to communicate effectively and professionally with both clients and candidates, and to uphold the highest standards of quality and integrity in our work.
