Job Title : Superintendent

Job Location : Spokane, WA

Salary : $150k-$190k + Bonus + Vehicle + Benefits + 6% 401k Match

Requirements : 8+ Years Experience as a Superintendent on projects related to any of the following : Commercial, Multifamily, Healthcare, Industrial, Education, etc.

This is a full time / permanent position with a 300-person general contractor.

They have a wide range of project ranging from $10M - $50M. Their projects include commercial, Healthcare, Education, Multifamily, etc. They are well established with consistent work and a strong backlog of projects. Due to growth, they are currently hiring for multiple Superintendents with ground-up project experience.
