We are looking for a talented and experienced HVAC Maintenance Technician to ensure the proper functioning and efficiency of our clients' heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to delivering outstanding service.
Responsibilities :
- Conduct routine maintenance on HVAC systems, including cleaning, lubricating, and replacing parts to ensure optimal performance.
- Diagnose and repair HVAC system malfunctions, including electrical, mechanical, and control components.
- Perform preventive maintenance tasks to extend the life of equipment and reduce the likelihood of system failures.
- Collaborate with other team members to identify and implement energy-saving initiatives.
- Keep accurate records of all maintenance and repair activities, including documenting services provided and parts used.
- Respond to emergency service calls promptly and efficiently.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and best practices.
Requirements :
- Proven experience as an HVAC Maintenance Technician.
- Technical proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing various HVAC systems.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, controls, and components.
- Familiarity with relevant safety standards and guidelines.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Physical fitness and ability to lift heavy equipment.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Qualifications :
- HVAC certification or relevant technical degree.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HVAC maintenance.
