Federal Salesforce OmniStudio Developer

is seeking a

Salesforce OmniStudio Developer

to support Federal digital transformation initiatives. This is a

full-time hybrid role

with a strong preference for candidates located in the

DC Metro Area . In-person expectations include visits with customers, and our office in

Tysons Corner, VA .

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Salesforce OmniStudio and experience delivering secure, scalable, and compliant digital services within Federal environments.

Responsibilities for the Salesforce OmniStudio Developer include :

Design and develop interfaces, using OmniScripts, FlexCards, and other tools while securing efficient data flows between Salesforce and external Federal systems through REST / SOAP APIs, leveraging protocols like OAuth, SAML, and PKI.

Translate requirements into solutions, and collaborate with architects and backend developers to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance.

Conduct unit testing, debugging, and performance tuning of OmniStudio components.

Contribute to secure DevSecOps pipelines and maintain clear, consistent documentation throughout the delivery lifecycle.

Required Qualifications for the Salesforce OmniStudio Developer include :

• 4+ years of experience with Salesforce development and configuration
• 2+ years of experience with OmniStudio.
• Familiarity with Salesforce Government Cloud and Experience Cloud.
• Experience with Git, CI / CD pipelines, and Agile delivery methodologies.
• Certifications Required :
• Salesforce Certified OmniStudio Developer
• Salesforce Platform Developer I
• COMPTIA Security+ (due by Feb 2026)
