Our client, an industry leader in HVAC services, is seeking a Quote Support Specialist to join their team. As a Quote Support Specialist, you will be part of the Service Quality Department supporting the HVAC PSA Service Quality Team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location : Milwaukee, WI

Pay Range : $25,00

Shift : 1st shift

What's the Job?

  • Monitor and follow up on technician-generated quotes in NxGen to ensure completion and customer delivery.
  • Collaborate with field teams to resolve quote-related issues and improve turnaround times.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of quote status and outcomes.
  • Support the review and management of Labor & Material (L&M) quotes within the service management platform.
  • Assist in driving operational efficiency and enhancing customer satisfaction through timely communication and follow-up.

What's Needed?

  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with diverse teams.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SharePoint, Word, and Teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
