Commercial Insulation Estimator $65,000 to $75,000 Starting Salary Picture your insulation experience at work with an industry leader!

  • As an  Insulation Estimator , you will play a critical role in the growth and profitability of our company.
  • You will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive estimates for insulation projects in various sectors.
  • Your expertise in materials, and project management will help ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standard.

Duties / Responsibilities :

  • Review project plans, specifications to develop accurate estimates for Insulation work.
  • Perform detailed quantity take-offs and create comprehensive cost estimates for labor, materials.
  • Collaborate with project managers and clients to ensure estimates meet project requirements and expectations.
  • Provide value engineering and alternative material recommendations to improve cost-effectiveness.
  • Prepare bid proposals, budgets, and cost reports for project submission.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, material costs, and best practices.

    • About You :

  • Experience :  Minimum 5 years of experience in estimating.
  • Strong understanding of insulation materials and installation techniques.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other estimating software (e.g., Bluebeam, PlanSwift or similar tools).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven ability to manage deadlines and deliver quality estimates on time.
