Role Reports to : Shift Team Leader Location : Lititz, PA Travel : none What You Will Do Our Warehouse Specialists are responsible for operating forklifts to load / unload trailers and transporting pallets of raw materials, components, and finished goods throughout the facility in support of our manufacturing and packaging operations. Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate various types of forklifts to move materials throughout the facility.
• Load and unload trailers and transport pallets of raw materials, packaging components, operating supplies, finished goods and other materials to and from various plant locations.
• Demonstrate a solid understanding of the Inventory Management System (SAP) and utilize it effectively in a production environment.
• Perform sanitation and light maintenance tasks, including general housekeeping of the receiving and shipping docks and other areas of the Warehouse.

What We Are Looking For Required Qualifications :

• Minimum of a High School Diploma / GED required
• Minimum two (2) years of relevant work experience
• Experience in a Warehouse and / or Manufacturing / Packaging facility
• Ability to demonstrate proficiency in various subjects : reading, arithmetic, inspection and measurements, and mechanical aptitude through computerized testing.
• Flexibility and ability to work available shift : 2nd shift (3pm-11pm) or 3rd shift (11 : 00pm-7 : 00am) Monday to Friday as well as overtime Monday to Friday, weekends and Holidays, as necessary.
• Physical ability to manually lift material up to 50 pounds. Desired Qualifications :
• Work experience within a GMP facility
• SAP or other inventory management system experience
• Experience operating 5 high reach truck and slip sheet forklifts in a Warehouse or Manufacturing facility
• Experience at loading intermodal, dry van, and refrigerated units What's in it for you

The Warehouse Specialist role has an hourly rate of $30.22 / hour (after training) with a shift premium of $0.85 / hour for 3rd Shift.

These positions are under a Collective Bargaining Agreement in a Union environment.
