We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical individual to join our team as a Business Analyst. The ideal candidate will have a strong aptitude for problem-solving, a willingness and desire to learn, and the ability to translate information into actionable insights that make an impact.
As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing operational data and business processes.
Responsibilities :
Fulfill Stakeholder Requests for operational reports.
Maintain and iterate monthly sales reports.
Respond to requests for reports from customers and their sales representatives in a timely manner.
Develop ad hoc analyses to address challenges using excel and / or Power BI.
Maintain existing and develop new solutions and processes in Monday.com for Sales and Operations data.
Maintain and create data documentation as needed around common measurements / calculations / KPIs used in reporting.
Head the data aggregation and visualization for the semi-annual sales retreat.
Identify areas for process improvement and optimization based on data analysis.
Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis.
Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or equivalent experience.
Proven experience as a data or business analyst or in a similar role.
Advanced Microsoft Excel abilities, including Power Query and Power Pivot.
Proficiency in SQL Fundamentals.
Experience with business intelligence tools such as Power BI, Qlik, or Tableau.
Willingness to learn new tools and methodologies to best solve the business problems at hand.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail and a passion for problem-solving.
Nice-to-Have :
Experience with creating end-to-end reporting solutions in Power BI.
Experience with Modern Data Warehousing technologies.
Experience querying data via open API.
Experience Designing Business Solutions in the Monday.com Platform or similar SaaS Platform.
Experience with the Samsara Platform and its reporting capabilities.
Programming experience in Python, Powershell, or other scripting languages.
Experience in Logistics / Supply Chain.
Candidates must pass a background check and drug screen prior to hiring.
