As Lead Product Marketing Manager for our drug decision support portfolio, you will play an important role in a team working together to improve the growth of our drug programs throughout the Clinical Effectiveness portfolio.

This includes all product assets specializing in drug referential information and drug data, including Lexicomp and Medi-Span, and latest opportunities related to new provider products, product sales models and product bundles.

You will work with all of our markets, including provider, payer and international customers.

You Will :

Develop and apply expertise in the market for drug decision support solutions.

Monitor healthcare trends, policies, and dynamics related to clinicians, pharmacists, payers, life sciences companies and health systems.

Communicate and apply those insights to inform product, positioning, and go-to-market strategy.

  • Engage with customers and customer-facing teams to understand buyers, users, segments, sales process, and use cases.
  • Conduct competitive analysis, communicate important insights to the team, and apply relevant findings to affect positioning, messaging, and sales effectiveness.
  • Summarize and communicate updates about new entrants and business models in drug decision support that would be relevant to team discussions about delivery models, packaging, partnerships, and competition.

Guide and influence product strategy to grow our footprint across drug decision support markets

  • Assess and evaluate opportunities to improve the product strategy of Lexicomp and Medi-Span across the Clinical Effectiveness division.
  • For new solutions, product models, and segments, you are an important partner to product management.
  • Contribute to value propositions, participate in early customer testing of the message, create important areas of the business cases to inform investment, develop personas for target markets, and more.
  • Lead the market sizing and segmentation efforts of target markets to ensure packaging, pricing and positioning.
  • Gather and analyze data to inform pricing strategy; partner with teams to operationalize pricing.
  • Play an impactful role in meetings with executive management when the team discusses the overarching drug decision support strategy for the division.

Launch solutions that make an impact.

  • Develop messaging and positioning to differentiate provider solutions across the Clinical Effectiveness division and communicate the benefits to multiple buyer types.
  • Create compelling marketing assets to tell the product story to internal and external audiences, in collaboration with the marketing communications team.
  • Lead the launch of products and releases by coordinating with teams to deliver and implement a go-to-market plan.
  • Plan, build, and deliver sales training and a suite of product marketing assets that equip the marketing and customer-facing teams.
  • Monitor the success of drug decision support solutions throughout the CE portfolio, adjusting go-to-market or product strategy to reflect quantitative and insights.

  • Participate in projects that span across the Clinical Effectiveness teams, products, and geographies to promote the success of the division worldwide.
  • Promote a positive team culture by building bridges, holding ourselves accountable, and promoting a culture of diversity and inclusion.
  • Be an ambassador for the work we do to support the complete healthcare ecosystem.

You Have : Education :

Education :

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Master’s degree related to healthcare or a master's for business administration.

Experience :

  • 3+ years of experience in healthcare
  • Experience in software, solutions, or services that was designed for use by patients
  • 4+ years of experience in product management, product marketing, or marketing
  • 2+ years in roles that are customer-facing.
  • Previous experience and ability to manage projects involving cross-functional teams.

Other Skills or Certifications :

  • Experience bringing new products to market.
  • Confidence when in the spotlight
  • Positive contributor to team culture, and promoter of diversity and inclusion
  • Marketing training experience.

Travel Requirement :

Up to 20% travel may be required.
