MSPbots is a SaaS company founded by Daniel Wang, a seasoned MSP owner and venture investor, on 02 / 2019. We help MSPs in the following areas :
- We built the best dashboard platform for MSPs, we do Risk-Free Price Matching and FREE migration for BrightGauge and Cognition 360 users.
- Micro Training bots act as 24 / 7 Virtual Service Manager Assistant to give techs the best training, improve their KPIs, hold them accountable, and save management a lot of time and energy.
- Next Ticket Manager saves 80% of the dispatcher’s time(salary), does a 100 times better job, eliminates cherry picking / random picking of tickets.
- Attendance manager helps to improve utilization to 85% in 4-6 weeks, gives the user visibility who’s working and which ticket they are working on.
Since we came out of beta 12 / 2021, we’ve received tons of great feedback, are overwhelmed with demos booked for new clients, and have more demo requests than we can handle.
Our closing rate is very high since we have a product that most people want, with no existing competition in the market.
We definitely see an exponential growth trajectory. This is why we’re in need of a Regional Sales Manager to take care of the demo requests, help prospects understand the value of the product, and close the deals.

This is a salesperson’s dream situation! They have demo meetings being booked for them on a constant basis, selling a software that has no competition which a lot of MSPs really need!
Key Responsibilities :
- Take care of the demo requests, close the deals.
- Attend trade shows to meet with prospects and clients, generate leads and close the deals.
- Lead generation with your existing network or other channels when you are not hosting demos and following up.
Job Requirements :
- 2-3 years of work experience in a sales role within the MSP industry. MSP SaaS sales experience candidates go to the front of the line.
- Candidates who are on the west coast time zone (pacific time) are much preferred.
- Experience using CRM software, such as HubSpot.
- Successful track record on driving sales process from start to finish.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Compensation :
- $120K to $200K OTE Depends on your experiences :
- $48K to $72K base.
- Quota : Monthly salary with Quota Escalation, our current average MRR closed per sales rep is $7K :
- 50% of MRR if less than 80% of the quota.
- 100% of MRR if less than 80-119% of the quota.
- 130% of MRR if more than 120% of the quota.
- Stock options.
