Project Manager position with leading contractor in the Western U.S., specializing in water and wastewater infrastructure
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain project schedules
- Create and maintain project budgets
- Monitor project costs and forecast job cost reports
- Issue and negotiate subcontracts and purchase orders
- Author most project related correspondence
- Conduct project related meetings
- Train and develop personnel
- Resolve technical and contractual project issues
- Manage labor associated with the projects
- Maintain positive relations with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Lead projects to be built correctly and safely
- Create and execute project closeout plans
Qualifications
- Construction Management or Engineering degree
- 5 or more years of management experience in Water / Wastewater Construction
