Job Description

Our team is seeking a licensed and compassionate School Psychologist to join us in supporting student growth and well-being this academic year. This position provides the chance to make a meaningful impact by addressing students’ academic, behavioral, and emotional needs through targeted psychological services.

In this role, you will conduct comprehensive assessments, observe students in classroom settings, and design individualized intervention plans that foster success. Your expertise will play a vital role in removing barriers to learning and empowering students to build resilience, confidence, and essential life skills.

Primary Duties :

Promote an inclusive, supportive school climate where all learners can thrive.
Provide individualized psychological services and evidence-based interventions.
Partner with teachers, families, and administrators to implement effective strategies.
Offer professional guidance and training to staff on student mental health and wellness.
Contribute to the development and execution of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).

Requirements

Active School Psychology license issued by the Illinois Board of Psychology.

Certification from the National Association of School Psychology is preferred.

Possess at least a Master's degree or higher in an Educational Psychology-related field.
