Senior Project Accountant

We are seeking a senior project accountant to support a major $120M project in Downer Cove. This is a direct-hire, permanent role that will be fully dedicated to a single 30-month project and will be responsible for overseeing all accounting functions from start to finish. Following this project, the accountant will transition to additional large-scale projects within the organization.

Key Responsibilities :

• Serve as the primary project accountant for a $120M project.
• Manage all accounting functions related to the assigned project, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Oversee job costing, cash flow projections, and monthly billing.
• Prepare, review, and analyze WIP schedules, change orders, and billing documentation.
• Collaborate closely with project leadership and the central accounting team.
• Provide timely and accurate financial reporting to project stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and GAAP standards.
