Human Resources Manager
Position Overview : We are seeking a dedicated and strategic Human Resources Manager to lead our HR department and support our organization’s growth and development.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing HR functions, fostering a positive workplace culture, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Recruitment & Talent Acquisition :
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to onboarding.
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.
- Mediate conflicts and facilitate resolutions to maintain a positive work environment.
- Develop training programs to enhance employee skills and career development.
- Create, update, and implement HR policies and procedures in line with legal requirements.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Analyze and benchmark compensation and benefits packages to ensure competitiveness.
- Administer employee benefits programs and provide guidance to employees.
- Monitor and report on HR metrics (e.g., turnover rates, employee satisfaction) to inform decision-making.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree or HR certification (e.
g., SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in human resources, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Experience working within a start up environment
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
