Senior System Administrator (Tier 3 Tech Support)

Must-Haves :

Job Description : The Senior Systems Administrator is responsible for three major areas of IT Service Delivery :

• Support and administration of servers, Microsoft 365, Azure, virtual environments, storage, security, and Backup Disaster Recovery (BDR) infrastructure both on-premise and in cloud-based solutions.
• Handling escalations and advanced support of service requests beyond the abilities of higher-tier Service Desk Technicians.
• Assisting the project and technical alignment teams with the implementation of servers, Microsoft 365, Azure storage, and BDR infrastructure projects both on-premise and in cloud-based solutions.

• Understanding of support tools, techniques, and how technology is used to provide IT services.
• Typing skills to ensure quick and accurate entry of service request details.
