Job Overview : As a Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for assisting our customers in both English and Spanish.
Your role will involve handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring that every customer interaction is handled with professionalism and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities :
Customer Support : Deliver exceptional service to customers by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information in both English and Spanish.
Issue Resolution : Efficiently troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Documentation : Accurately document customer interactions and maintain detailed records of issues and resolutions.
Product Knowledge : Gain a thorough understanding of our products and services to effectively assist customers and answer questions.
Follow-Up : Conduct timely follow-ups on customer issues and inquiries to ensure resolution and satisfaction.
Qualifications :
Experience : Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role.
Language Skills : Fluency in Spanish and English (both spoken and written) is required.
Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
Problem-Solving : Strong ability to resolve issues and handle customer complaints with a positive and proactive approach.
Technical Skills : Proficiency with customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Interpersonal Skills : Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Education :
High school diploma or equivalent required. Additional education or certifications in customer service or related fields is a plus.
Pay Details : $18.00 to $20.00 per hour
