We have anexciting opportunity to appoint an experienced Procurement andSupply Chain Manager to join our dynamic team atDelkia.

Overview ofthe role

We are seeking anexperienced Procurement and Supply Chain Manager to join ourdynamic team. The successful candidate will oversee all aspects ofprocurement and supply chain management including negotiationssupplier rebates contract placement and the issuance of terms andconditions.

This role is critical in supporting our procurementprocesses and requires a handson approach whilst achieving ourforward strategic vision for Delkias supply chain.

The idealcandidate will be someone who embodies our critical values ofteamwork and collaboration maintains worklife balance and isrelentlessly clientfocused.

Keyresponsibilities :

• Leadand manage all procurement and supply chain activities ensuringefficiency and effectiveness in operations as well as be theprocess owner for procurement and supply chainmanagement.
• Oversee negotiations with suppliersto secure rebates discounts and favourableterms.
• Manage the placement of contracts andissue terms and conditions in alignment with companypolicies
• Support the procurement team withexpert advice and handson involvement in procurementactivities.
• Foster strong relationships withsuppliers strategic partners and internal stakeholders to ensurealignment with the companys strategicobjectives.
• Ensure compliance with legal andregulatory requirements in all procurement and supply chainactivities.
• Promote a culture of teamworkcollaboration and continuous improvement within the procurementteam
• Maintain an effective supply chain auditand scoring system for enhance performance on an annualbasis.
• Maintain a balance between achievingoperational excellence and ensuring worklife balance for theteam.
• Uphold the companys core values ofintegrity trust and accountability in all actions anddecisions.

DesiredQualifications / Prerequisites :

• Must beMCIPS registered (Member of the Chartered Institute of Procurement& Supply).
• Extensive experience inprocurement and supply chain management preferably within theengineering and technology sectors.
• Candidatesmust possess a minimum of a bachelors degree in Procurement SupplyChain Management Business Administration or a related field from arecognised UK university
• ERP and MRP experienceof implementation and continuousimprovement
• Proven track record of successfulnegotiations and supplier management including adequate capabilityand capacity delivery
• Strong and interpersonalleadership skills and the ability to work effectively in a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonalskills with the ability to foster positive relationships withsuppliers and internal teams.
• Be a companyambassador whilst maintain internal project and opportunityconfidentiality as well as protect companysecrets
• Demonstrated commitment to upholdingthe highest standards of integrity trust and accountability andflow these requirements to partners and supply chainoperations
• Ability to manage multiplepriorities in a fastpaced environment while maintaining a focus onclientneeds.
