About The Position
Job Details
Requirements :
- Minimum of outpatient experience; new graduates are welcome
- Certifications : BLS, CPR
- Valid California Physical Therapist license
Schedule :
- 26-week assignment
- Starting immediately
- 8a - 5p shifts from Mondays - Fridays
Responsibilities :
- Evaluate, assess, and document patient treatment plans in accordance with physician referrals
- Follow up with treatments and modify patient plans as necessary
- Manage a patient load of 10-12 patients per shift
Additional Information :
- Facility details : Outpatient facility with a staff mix of 2-3 PTs, PTAs, and clerks
- Patient population : All ages, focusing on orthopedic conditions such as backs, knees, hips, post-operative care, and sports injuries
- EMR system : Cerner
