BIG PICTURE :
We are seeking a talented Data Analyst to join our team and drive data-driven insights that fuel our content creation strategies.
As a Data Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in analyzing social media metrics, audience behaviors, and content performance to optimize our creative processes and maximize audience engagement.
HOW YOU’LL SPEND YOUR TIME :
- Analyzing social media data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for content optimization
- Utilizing data coming up with strategies for modifying and repurposing existing content to optimize revenue specific to each social platform
- Developing and maintaining dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and measure the effectiveness of content campaigns
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams including content creators, marketers, and strategists to inform content strategy decisions
- Conducting in-depth audience segmentation and behavioral analysis to understand audience preferences and interests
- Utilizing statistical techniques and data visualization tools to present findings and insights in a clear and compelling manner
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in social media analytics to continuously enhance our analytics capabilities
WHAT YOU HAVE :
- A minimum of 3 years working within the entertainment industry or related area
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics,or related field
- Proven experience in data analysis and interpretation, preferably in a social media or digital marketing context
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Python, R, SQL, or similar languages
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Detail-oriented mindset with a passion for uncovering insights and solving problems
- Prior experience with social media analytics platforms (e.g., Facebook Insights, Google Analytics, etc.) is a plus
WHO OVERSEES YOU :
The Data Analyst will report directly to the Head of Social
WHO YOU OVERSEE :
Currently, the Data Analyst has no personnel reporting directly to him or her
WHERE IT ALL GOES DOWN :
Our Data Analyst will work remotely from home or personal office and will be required to utilize a time tracking software to log and submit work hours
WHEN THE MAGIC HAPPENS :
The typical work schedule is 40 hours a week, specific times will be discussed during the interview
