Compensation :
$75,000 - $125,000 yearly
Responsibilities :
- Leverage our extensive network and database to generate and nurture leads
- Be the frontline voice, creating a powerful first impression for potential clients
- Set the stage for our agents' success by orchestrating opportunities and handing off warmed leads to our top Senior Listing Partners
- Drive lead generation through proactive outreach and digital channels
- Conduct diligent follow-ups to guide leads toward a decision
- Schedule appointments with precision, connecting clients to our expert agents
- Keep an organized, up-to-date CRM, ensuring a smooth track of all interactions
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or GED (college degree a plus)
- Sales experience preferred; 1+ years in real estate ideal
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Customer service approach aligned with our core values
